Your leadership network.
The people you know, held by you. APOL keeps your contacts separate from the research population, records the consent you were given, and shows you exactly who your value would reach before anything goes out.
How to get invited
Ask the APOL Foundation to invite the email address you sign in with. When the invitation arrives, sign in with that exact email, accept it, and this page will open. If you are signed in and still see a refusal below, either your email is not yet verified by the sign-in provider or the invitation has not been accepted.
What this means in practice
Your contacts are stored under your own identity, encrypted, and every read is scoped to you. The research population is a separate body of records that carries no contact points, so it can produce an estimate of how many people are in a place — never a list of people to message. Contributing anything to that research body would need your separate, explicit consent and a governed aggregation step. Nothing on this page does that.
My Contacts
Add someone you know, or import a list you already hold. APOL removes duplicates for you and tells you what it did.
Import several at once
Paste one contact per line as Name, phone. Nothing is sent, and duplicates are skipped rather than merged.
Define Beneficiaries
Combine where people are with who is actually in your network. APOL keeps the two apart so you always know which number is a reachable person.
Your network
Why some contacts are not reachable
A contact is excluded when they asked not to be contacted, when they withdrew consent, or when APOL holds no working phone or email for them. Each of those is counted separately above so you can see the reason rather than only the shortfall.
Create an APOL Group
A group is a community or constituency you convene. Say what you undertake to provide and who it is meant to serve.
Members & Beneficiaries
Members and beneficiaries are counted separately, because they are different commitments. Roles here are deliberately narrow.
What each role can and cannot do
Member and beneficiary carry no administrative powers at all. Group admin may add, remove and re-role members and edit the group. Value publisher may draft value items. No role can send a message: sending is a separate action that requires a sender identity a provider has verified as yours.
Create Value
What you are offering this group. Drafted here, sent nowhere.
Review Recipients
The last thing you see before deciding. APOL works out the recipients again, on the server, at this moment — so a consent withdrawn since you built the audience is honoured here.
Help: who the message comes from
Every message goes out from a sender a provider has verified: an APOL-managed sender an admin set up and shared, or your own connected account. APOL never sends from an unverified number, never pretends to be a personal phone, and will not build a recipient list until the sender is verified.
Reach
Sending is a separate, separately authorised step.
What will happen when delivery is enabled
Recipients are resolved again on the server from your governed network — never from a list the browser supplied. Anyone who has withdrawn consent or been suppressed is dropped at that moment. Provider policies, quiet hours and rate limits apply, every message is written to a delivery audit, and every recipient can opt out.
Measure
What actually happened, once anything has happened.
How APOL reports a number it has not computed
APOL distinguishes “nobody” from “not calculated”. A figure it has not computed is shown as —, never as 0, because those are different facts and only one of them is a finding.
