About these figures, maps and measurements
Approximate measurements derived from the research polygons displayed on this page (APOL’s locally stored administrative boundaries): coordinate extent is the polygon’s north, south, east and west limits; area and outer perimeter are computed from that geometry, with shared internal borders dissolved so they are neither double-counted nor treated as outer boundary. Not a cadastral, survey or legal boundary claim. A group measured from fewer polygons than it has members is marked partial; a selection with no usable geometry is marked unavailable, never zero.
Polling unit counts are public election facts. Records figures are the contacts database classified by recognised name. They do not say who someone is or how they vote.
